WRDC offers a variety of Workplace Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consultation services and customized training options to encourage, support, and facilitate equitable and inclusive learning and work environments.
Our Consultation and Coordination Services include standardized Workforce and Workplace DEI Assessments, DEI Strategic Planning and Policy Review/Development. We provide individualized recommendations and customized solutions tailored to the needs of each employer and provide continued support as employers/institutions work towards their DEI goals. Workshops are customized for each audience and focus on intersectional analysis, interactive learning, competency building, and practical take-away strategies.

Eligibility
To be eligible for funding under the program, participants must meet all the following criteria:
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons who have been granted refugee status in Canada;
- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial and federal legislation and regulations;
- Reside in Newfoundland & Labrador.
Each partner may have additional eligibility criteria for their respective programs.
Individuals of equity priority groups will be prioritized to support diversity and the long-term success of the tech ecosystem across the province.
