ArcGIS Training – Interactive Digital Mapping

SEM is excited to offer Interactive Digital Mapping, a self-driven, remote training module series on digital mapping and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Modules cover a wide range of GIS topics and offer hands-on tutorials for applying knowledge in ArcGIS’ suite of tools.
This program seeks to upskill employees with existing roles in related fields (i.e. Environment & Sustainability) so they can most efficiently and effectively harness geographic data. Immediate learning support options are available throughout the program.

Eligibility
To be eligible for funding under the program, participants must meet all the following criteria:
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons who have been granted refugee status in Canada;
- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial and federal legislation and regulations;
- Reside in Newfoundland & Labrador.
Each partner may have additional eligibility criteria for their respective programs.
Individuals of equity priority groups will be prioritized to support diversity and the long-term success of the tech ecosystem across the province.
