The Find Your Future in Tech program is a fully funded online training program administered by techNL that aims to connect equity-deserving groups with online training to obtain the skills required to succeed in a career in tech. This is a great opportunity for people to train for and transition to a well-paying career in tech without having to move from where they live. Following the workplace shifts during the pandemic, many tech companies are more open than ever to remote workers!
There are training opportunities suitable for graduating high school students, people looking to transition careers, as well as employers and employees looking to upskill. These training programs include two 16-week diploma programs from Keyin College in Software Development and Digital Office Administration, 2 technology micro-credential certifications from Keyin College in Amazon Web Services and Cybersecurity, as well as numerous other full and part time training opportunities nearly all of which are accessible online from wherever you are in Newfoundland and Labrador.
